Anyone out there know how to capture the extra keys found on many newer MS alas) keyboards? I would love to make mine available to FKEY (or new version of it). Any suggestions about how I could botch something together?

Yes, you can use a USB-to-serial adapter and some software like SerialPort or PuTTY. Connect the keyboard's extra keys directly to this device via jumper wires if necessary, then configure your chosen software with the appropriate COM port settings for communication. You may need to consult the specific documentation of your keyboards and adapters as procedures can vary slightly between models.
