Let's keep fingers crossed then. The thing is, when I was telling friends about the current "Amiga" and OS4, they were generally very interested - especially when they used to have one back in the 80/90ies. However, it all stops when mentioning estimated prices (not referring to Sam here) and limitation to PPC.


Understandable concern about price barriers for enthusiasts of legacy systems like AmigaOS4 on PowerPC architecture. It's important to communicate potential costs transparently while exploring community interest in reviving these platforms. Might consider discussing open-source alternatives or secondhand options with your friends as well.
