@Curty

it has been working since pre release 1 (if not longer)..

just copy lowlevel.lib from libs: to bh/libs/ dir. (so both is same version and os4native)

@Toaks

Right, I installed RTGMaster and then copied over the new OS4RTGMASTER Fix patch available on OS4Depot

The game boots and after asking me where the scsi.device is (which doesn't exist) so I use alide.device, I get the following REQUESTER.

RTG Requester Error
NO appropiate Screen modes available!
Have you installed the RTG libraries in Libs:rtg?

Clicking on it brings up...

No RTG Screen has been selected!

[END]

and it ends

anyone about who can help???

cheers

Strange, have you got rtgP96.library in libs:rtg?

Hi Mikey_C,

I dont know if this will be any help but I use to have the same problem with RTGMaster on my classic machine. When reinstalling it deletes the libraries in the libs:RTG folder but then never seems to reinstall the libraries it needs!

Stupid question but are the libraries in the folder?

Thanks,
Amiboy

@Mikey_C

so you installed rtg from the bubble heros cd, copied the files from the fix over the top of the old ones.
Have you rebooted after this point?

Hmm.. we sell Bubble Heroes in the AmigaKit.com shop but I wasn't aware of this issue with OS4.. until now.

I'll start work at a fixed installation disk to put free with every Bubble Heroes.

@Curty

Right, by installing the version that came with the bubble heroes CD, I got as far as the screen requester

saved it,

And then I saw the big red mouse pointer on a black screen

Before it quit out with another error request: Memory Allocation Failure.

I gave it a big stack about 200k but still no good.

Oi Toaks! what you playing at?

@amigakit

Nice one mate, again showing your reputation as one of the finest Amiga dealers around.

however, I would wait until me and Curty can resolve these issues.

BTW, Bubble Heroes is a damn fine game - Highly recommended

@Framiga

Played Puzzle Bobs, but I feel Bubble Heroes is better. It's all down to personal taste.

Both have been reviewed by Total Amiga magazine btw.

(and no, I can't remember the scores!)

It works fine on my A1XE. The only problem is that I cannot control the game. On my A1200 I use the joystick but I know that the cursor keys and space work as well.

I've copied the OS4 lowlevel.library and get nothing though I did once fiddle about in AmigaInput and manage to assign the mouse to gameport 0 which achieved the ability to start a game but not actually control up and left and right.

Also on the subject of input does anyone have a problem with their home and end keys working properly. It all works fine on my my A1200 but on the A1 I get ?44~ for home and?45~ for end. i have the correct british keymap selcted so I'm not sure the problem here.
