It seems some of us are getting a little paranoid  . Cooking up all sorts of elaborate constructions on who did what with the intention to frame the other  .
The issue is simple (as stated by Mr. Martinez) :
Is Amiga Delaware the legal successor in interest?
As soon as this question is answered, we can again concentrate on all the other issues between all parties involved.
