I sent you here a PM (considering an expensive hardware product I planned to buy from you!) several weeks ago but have not got any answer from you. According to your profile, you have been logged in 22-Jun-2020, though.
I also sent you a message via the contact form on your www-site, but no answer either.
So, why do you not answer my messages? Is there some special reason you reject me as a customer...? |

Nope. Expensive long-distance calls and my very poor skills for spoken English...
Besides, there has not been any major problems to communicate with other Amiga dealers via email. I do not understand why it doesn't work with AmigaKit. |

You are assuming that AmigaKit scan the forums regularly, looking for queries?
I am sure they are quite busy enough without spending hours looking for more work. You can contact them by email, telephone or the ticket method.

No, but as I already told, they were logged in a few days ago and still did not answer a word.

In that case, they should 'hire' someone to take care of the customer service. A company which refuses to communicate with customers will soon loose them totally. They have already missed e.g. customers being ready buy a X5000 but not getting any answer from them (I know personally such Amigist who then decided to buy his X5000 from another, more responsive dealer, though with higher price). Can they really afford that...?
The other alternative would be that they drop totally resale and concetrate only to what they consider to be more important to them. Resale would then be done only by dealers really dedicated to it. That would be fearest also for the dealers as they had not to rival with AmigaKit's unbeatable prices for A-Eon's products .
As said, I also contacted them via email (contact form) and they did not answer either. The tickets are only for aftersale support! I have earlier tried to use them in an unorthodox way and got scolding from them...
