Thanks. Is there something that could be added to a cpu to improve emulation, a general re-usable component to make emulation of other cpu's more practical?
Concerning emulation, I wish that today's emulators had access to all the items a big box amiga had.
edit: I would conclude that designers do not design for yesterday.
If I were looking for a full Amiga experience.

There is an expert answer.
@ /mega!
If /Mega! > Zorram Then Print "Mega!"
I think that it is a great thing that an Amiga can be put on a single chip, regardless if it is an asic or fpga. Last edited by Trekiej on 08-Aug-2022 at 10:34 PM.

Can you be more specific? WinUAE emulates a significant corpus of expansion hardware already._________________ Doing stupid things for fun... |

Mine would be the T-800's Neural Net Processor CPU, or "learning computer". Put it in a Robot Wars robot and crush Sir Kill-a-lot!!! Ha ha ha!
It makes a cool USB stick!

Having all the ports that can be found on the back of any Amiga would be great.
I do not mind creating ADF files, but not having some standard access to a fdd on a pc seemed to take away the Amiga experience.

I swear, friend Karlos, I read "the Trevor".
That would have been really awkward.

This is one of those Mr Robot perception hack things where you see and hear "Trevor" whenever the word Tensor or anything within a certain Levenstein distance of it comes up, right? _________________ Doing stupid things for fun... |
