That is news to me. I was had impression that Petro Tyschtschenko of Amiga Technologies sent source code to phase5. Phase5 was not only company getting free source code from Amiga Technologies.

I woudlnt if that dustbin was sent to me by Amiga CEO having a wish "do something with it".
