| Not available from AmigaKit of course… (and it doesn’t seem like it is available yet from the dealers listed either… so, two more weeks?)

This is brilliant news. 36 years of support. That is pretty amazing. What is the most powerful browser available now for 68k?
I have an urge to rebuild my A4000T. _________________ Sam |

| I couldn't actually find AmigaOS 3.2 for sale anywhere. I thought a digital download would be available but I guess not yet. Last edited by DiscreetFX on 14-May-2021 at 08:35 PM.

Yeah, none of links work! The devs must be so proud, doing all that pro gratis work and Hyperion can't even sell the thing during its 'grand launch'!
Good thing that I'm perfectly happy with AmigaOS3.9 BB2 and think the devs are a bunch of plebs for helping Hyperion with free dev time!
Edit: Perhaps plebs is too strong a word. I've just read this THREAD and find it hard not to be inspired by their dedication to the cause! Last edited by BigD on 14-May-2021 at 10:04 PM.

I saw it briefly on RetroPassion before the website crashed again, obviously with comparable traffic to the PS5 restock web pages
https://www.retropassion.co.uk/product-category/amigaos32/
... if you can get it to load!
Basics: £37.99 ReAction GUI toolkit integration Built-in ADF (Amiga disk file image) management Integrated Help subsystem Updated Data Type system Workbench and other user interface improvements Improved Tools, Utilities and System applications Enhanced Shell behavior New and reworked command set Touched up Preferences Polished MultiView Revamped Commodities Expanded BootMenu Inclusion and refinement of the AmigaOS 3.1.4 feature set Flexible delivery media Many more features to be listed
Not sure if the A4000 version is compatible with the A4000T? _________________ "Art challenges technology. Technology inspires the art." John Lasseter, Co-Founder of Pixar Animation Studios |

I was beginning to think buying a physical copy of AmigaOS3.9 from Vesalia or eBay (to avoid shouts of piracy) and using CoffinOS on a new Vampire was the only sane way forward on Classic without supporting litigating lawyers and protracting out the court case! If only Cloanto and Hyperion could settle before this sort of thing muddies the waters again! Last edited by BigD on 14-May-2021 at 10:05 PM.

I can see that you can specify A4000T Physical Kickstart Roms so fair play on that front but can you specify it on CD-Rom rather than floppy disks in 2021?! There just seems to be some advice to use ADFs and Goteks if you don't want floppies. I'm not sure what that means in regards to how the product is delivered? _________________ "Art challenges technology. Technology inspires the art." .... ahhh I see: they send you a code and then you download ADFs and then you have to either copy to 6No. of your own spare floppy disks or mount the ADFs with a Gotek! I'd still prefer a CD myself.
AmigaOS 3.2 for Amiga A4000, this product includes:
2 x Physical 3.2 Kickstart ROMs (HI & LO) to be installed in your real Amiga. Unique AmigaOS 3.2 serial number (to enable you to download the official AmigaOS digital files which includes AmigaOS ADF files Workbench, Install, Storage, Fonts, Extras, Locale) and the digital 3.2 ROM file from the Hyperion website) Official AmigaOS 3.2 Disk Labels (6 in total) Manual Last edited by BigD on 14-May-2021 at 09:44 PM.
