In case you are wondering (as posted here or elsewhere) why you do not get any replies to your e-mails sent from different accounts using different aliases, we have developed a very advanced spamfilter for disingenuous mails. Now you know

Thats why they can't call it Firefox.

You're twisting reality as usual. The name change is because of Mozilla logo policies, in fact it's not the only Firefox port with a different name.
As for the code, it was stated since day one (and repeated a million times, i believe) that any source code will be released according to the relevant license requirements.
