So, where to we purchase the suggested Radeon 9250 card? Any Amiga dealers selling them?

24 here on eBay, ranging in price from $12 to $25, plus some buy it now for anywhere from $25 to $75.

Pricewatch listing for 9250s, from $20-$90.

Newegg listing, from $30 to $90.

@TheDungeonDelver

Wow, your fingers sure did some fast walking, thanks.

I guess Amiga dealers are not stocking them?

Hi @Moxee

I guess Amiga dealers are not stocking them?

I sent Kurt Grach an E-mail last week to see if he was in the updates. No response...

@Snuffy

I cannot find any Radeon 9250s on any Amiga Dealer web site. Sad that so many of them have not been updated in a long time. I must add that AmigaKit seems to have one of the best looking web sites.

@amigakit

Are you talking about the 9250?

If so, I'll just order OS4.1 and the 9250 from you.

@Moxee

The only ones I see at amigakit.com are R7000's; unless they plan to stock up for the release of 4.1.

@TheDungeonDelver

That must be his plan.

I found the 9250 I'd like on one of the sites you listed, thanks. I thought I'd wait to see if AmigaKit is going to bundle the OS and graphic card.

Gotcha; supporting AmigaKit is a fine idea. Just don't let 'em submarine you with the Amiga Tax LOL

@amigakit

So how are you supposed to order this? Whenever I click on the shopping cart icon, it takes me to a page saying my shopping cart is empty. Duh!

I think the icon upper right of the cart is for showing only what you currently have IN your cart.
What I don't see is where you select OS4.1 to put IN the cart.

I see the text on the page you refer to:
"When viewing products, click the icon to add the item to your cart.
This icon is found at the top right corner of every product description page."
But that icon is acting like a "shopping cart review" and not a "product selection"

@amigakit

I think the OS 4.1 release announcement said that the CDs would be shipped to dealers by the middle of August. That was a week ago. Is there any word on shipping dates yet?

AGP or PCI, I can help point you in the right direction.

I think you missed this:

When we're back we'll start shipping the OS4.1 CDs to our customers/resellers that ordered one.

That would mean shipping no earlier than next week to resellers.

I want an AGP. I had ordered a 9250 and received it in the mail yesterday, but they had run out of the 9250 so sent me a 9800 PRO instead. It does not look like this 9800 PRO will work because of the voltage requirements.

Now I am back to searching for a 9250 AGP again. They are getting difficult to find. Is this one alright? The specs are listed on that page.
