Thanks. It seems when inserting the magic lines it just turns back to Netsurf. Adding a new client cleans all off.

I'll try the Java thingie.

Now I know I'll newer "recommend" Amiga for anyone but us..

Plug & Play is now Bill Gates thing and we have uck or Fade.

Adding a new client doesn't clean anything off here. If you correctly added the line for Odyssey and it still doesn't work make sure you have odyssey installed Then run it at least once to ensure Appdir: setup for it.

Netsurf does show somekind of places to fill without Javascript but this is really not to way to go. Some are not really shown. Then after putting my Card number I remembered having a PayPal account. No "WWW" program in AmigaWorld can't log in into my personal files e-mail. Not going to make another ones.

Really flaky systems. Better send a pigeon stripped with 21€:s and hope it goes to see Santa;)

Agreed. You should URL prefs working and use Odyssey.

Sorry I'm not understanding what you are saying here.

You don't need to create a new paypal account to pay with a card. But if you have a paypal account allready it's normally easier.

Unsure of the context of your comment re email.

Hi again. My reason is that tried IB, AWebPPC,Timberwolf,NetSurf and offcourse Odyssey. They can not access a normal e-mail account anymore where got half of the PayPal accounts so I should again go to the Windows family..

Do it all in Amiga does not work.

In the e-mail I have also all the work saved (so it's stupid to burn a cd from tower to next as the usb in the XE is what it is..) from the side-to-side kb-switches etc monitors to be tried in PPaint. At this time of Job I've had learned how to use the multiple free pc graphics programs to do the job and print and scan occasionally and do other stuff or even play some games off chess to make this time. Maybe have a cup of coffee or two.

Don't take me wrong. Many even tens of thousands spent on this hobby but still. How can it be so hard today to buy a program?

If the resolution wasn't too much I'd done the things on the PIV. Don't even know if the Radeon takes it.

I've always used an Amiga and never owned a PC. Maybe that's why I don't understand anything you are saying. Why would you use a browser to access an email account? I use an email client (YAM). Why would you save all your work in an email? I have no idea what "side-to-side kb-switches" means. It sounds like a keyboard switch that moves from one side of your keyboard to the other side or your keyboard; which makes no sense to me. Maybe I've been using an Amiga for too long

Well. If I go to another side of the planet my passwords and work are available as usual.

People call it "cloud" or so. I figured it out way years before. Before that You had to carry Your computers over the world. How funny was that;)

The keyboard,monitor and mouse are shared by the all spanking new pc and used to be new Amiga to save space. Still can see a few keyboards for the ol' good Migas (as the room has a few) but You cant do anything today without the proper net. Everything is done over there over here.

My dreams are there when I could go to a local shop and buy sw even in Finland.. Not because I couldn't walk or drive or even from net but this does not work like a charm right now.

So who Wins? Stream tape, C, Betamax, V2000, VHS,CD, DVD, Blu-Ray, Usb-Stick, card or the allmighty fingernet?

I think pen and paper is the Best!

If ever get this working(?) program should I write it in all different formats as a backup..

The start was not too easy as we people get lazy with all the ready youtube etc. Can anybody draw or make music without a computer in a few generations. What are these drums for... Oh Dear;)

So I'm cursed or something. Yesterday with all different combinations the OS4 did but Odyssey could not give a @ -mark.

Not Copy&Paste in the Amigaway or even the pc way. In the pc the mail works great!

Now I have the password for paypal but if the @ -mark is not possible to do anymore on an Amiga I'm screwed.

I could really buy this car after a test drive but the seller does not give me the paper in exchance for cash at the desk as the older 1/100 price old refund car (while handing money) has technical problems in their computer systems, so let it be?

Afterwards got a better deal;)

To do first:
Make a rectangle, strech, in any angle, in scale offcourse. Prototype of my house so not that important.. Draw a road. What could be the right tool? A Bonus would be the things mentioned above as DPIV anims(some arwere in the AF-cd) + all the great stuff to be seen back.

I just hate pc any proggies so far. Love&Hate situation with the Amy Net...

Won't go the pc path as this is an Amy thingie.

I've no idea where an @ mark be in your key map, but if you can't find the key combination then, SYS:Utilities/ShowKeys will show.

Copy and Paste has worked on Amiga since the dawn of time, RAMIGA=C to copy RAMIGA-V to paste.

Is there any changelog for version 7.2 and 7.3? It was ages ago I used Personal Paint but it would be nice to know what's new.

I had to download a number of libraries PerfectPaint asked me for ;

I am not sure where to get this one zlib.library version 3
searching for zlib on Aminet i get 2 OS4 hits both are said to be "zlib core" but the library inside are identified as z.library

I have one z.library in my libs: drawer that is newer 2014 i guess it came with FastCompress.

So you can't login to your email account with a web browser ? Who's your internet service provider ? You can PM me. If I remember some of the first Timberwolf versions or was it one of the first Odyssey versions, can't remember, where you couldn't enter @ sign. The current Odyssey is 1.23 (25.12.2013). PS2 or USB keyboard ? Correct keyboard set in Input prefs ?

I bought Personal Paint 7.3a from AmiStore some time ago but I haven't tested it until now, or maybe should I should say tried to test it? I can't get it to start. It complains about that it can't open the "user interface text file" then nothing more happens. I haven't changed anything or messed with any file. I just tried to start it directly after the installation. Have I missed something? Are you supposed to create this text file before starting Personal Paint the first time?

I use it on my SAM 460.

Forget it. There must have been something wrong with the installation. I reinstalled it and now it works fine.

I would like to create rxmui plugin which open directly into PPaint

actualy is not possible

Waiting for the new Net release to purchase (and to get the stuff easily moved from work via e-mail without burning any old-fashioned cd:s or loosing any memory sticks etc)

Waiting also for the opinion (At Installation) to choose the HP Colour LaserJet 2600n as a default Printer and the F380 to Scan some copies.

The DPIV Anims showed OK in the Coverdisk Version.

Now waiting for a version to add sfx in a certain frame.

Then waiting for a version that converts this all to an universal (pc?) format and then I'll be very satisfied to send the ongoing 30 years old work to an Amigaguy or have any resolutions possible.


Sorry this is very demanding. But it's 2015.
