I contacted bplan and the reply was that maybe the internal pll of the cpu was damaged...
The only way was to send they the card and repair it...
The price:
180¤ + shipment and the worst thing was time frame... about 2 months included shipment time...
Worst notice(if I get right)...
There was some new cpu cards but cant be selled since non RoHS compliant and so the only way was to repair that... :(
I think that if I can foud someone that can solder the two resistor to made multiplier to 1197MHz I will try with that before send the card to they...
Maybe I can solve something in that way...
