AmigaOne X5000 USB keyboard not working

| Hi,
I just got a AmigaOne X5000 but I don't get the keyboard to work.. The USB mouse works just fine. Anybody having a clue whats wrong?

Was it supplied (hence presumably tested) with your X5000? If so, contact the supplier.
Otherwise try another keyboard. |

Have you tried the keyboard in different port. Also have you tried plugging/unplugging the keyboard with the system running to see if it is recognised by the OS. Lastly, does the numlock light on the keyboard come on?
Almost forgot have you confirmed the keyboard is working fine with another system? |

I have tried 4 different keyboard and all the ports, I got it working last night with the keyboard from my iMac but today it is dead. The bullock light does not come on.
The mouse is working just fine.

I have used the A-Eon keyboard without problems.
A list of your kybds make and model might help to sort out what to watch for...

They are all wired, but I have found a "solution" about it.. If I clicking the mouse buttons while booting then the keyboard is working  So maby the problem is the mouse and not the Keyboard?

Ah yes. The ole clicking the mouse trick. 
That is not a problem, it's an undocumented security precaution.

Well.. Then the keyboard is NOT working  I have tryed 2 other mouses but the same problem. So for now I just klikking the mouse buttons while booting and everything working

| As far as i know a Solution is found by other Users. It seems that putting a USB2! Hub between Mouse and Keyboard and the X5000 solves these Problems. They said that USB3-Hubs don't always solve the Problem. I hope the Problem will get fixed with the next X5000 Firmware-Update because i've also got such USB-Problems sometimes with my X5000. I will try the USB2-Hub-Workaround when i come home later.
