Beginner question about Amiga music tracker and tools

I am new here and very excited to join this Amiga community. I recently found old Amiga music and demo scene works, and I want to learn how to make my own music using trackers and sound tools.
I have one question for beginners: which tracker software you think best for start? I know there are many like ProTracker and OctaMED, but I don’t know which have easier interface for new user. Also, are there good tools to convert modern samples into Amiga format? In my work I sometimes do planning and look for help from others because big tasks are easier with support. For example, I once looked into estimating outsourcing services so I can know cost and time before starting big project. I think community here is also like that we share help and knowledge to make learning easier. If anyone can share good tips for tracker tools, sample libraries, or tutorials, I will be very thankful. Thank you and sorry for my English.
