It sure must be manual because I'm waiting few days now after donation and do not see the badge. Contacted administrators but there's no follow up after first reply. I guess those donations may not help much to have this community running.

Don't bother PMing mods. They all left (or passed away) eons ago.

You could try mentioning your issue to Follett on Amiga.org, since he is part of the ownership of AW.
However, he may not have access to the part of the site you require for adding "donator".

I still have my bronze donator's badge despite not donating anything for at least 15 years, likely more.

It takes one donation to get the badge; it does not expire for 12 months; the fact you still got yours confirms admins have no control over badge application and removal. Soi why not update this page by removing that paragraph? Donation
