if that would be easy possible I assume it would already be happened. Propably Hyperion wants much more money than Trevor is willing to spend. Additional he would have to invest money in development and the chances are limited to earn it again. Do not forget... it is a hobby for Trevor, a expensive and risky hobby but still a hobby not business. I do not think Hyperion will ever be sold, more propable they will go bankrupt but then nobody knows the outcome
