I guess the perpetual right to develop and sell AmigaOS cannot be sold according to the Amiga Inc settlement unless Hyperion are bought outright? That might be cheaper if A-EON wait until they're actually bankrupt. Since they've already bailed them out once we assume I'd expect their to be a clause regarding an automatic takover offer at an agreed price should it appear to be happening again. That or they could just prop up Hyperion until A-EON are out of money
