For some reason it's compusary to fill in a subject for a reply. And if you double-click the field, it comes up with a cryptic title like this one.

But anyway, keep up the good work

edit

You seem to have fixed it now

You might have noticed by now, but quotes of previous posters, within quotes of previous posters, are kind of wonky. So much for my use of the English language, huh?

AmigaOne! Release date is....Can I quote you on that?

I have reported this flaw earlier this morning when I first noticed it. Still waiting for some feedback on it

Well,

When you are in a forum and reload/refresh to see if new posts have arrived, the browser (firebird) goes back to the top of the page instead of where you were when you refreshed.

I am not sure if this is a site bug or not, but the same thing works with amiga.org.

Anyway, it is not like it is something crucial, but hey...you asked for it :)

Sincerely,

-Kenneth Straarup.

Ont thing I have noticed is that the forum always comes up as oldest first, even tho I have set newest first in my account. However in the news it does do correctly.

I am using Mozilla

Sometimes the banana ( ) doesn't dance, and the only way to make him start again is to refresh

This is due to the browser you are using not looping GIF animations, this is nothing we can fix - DaveP

(Slightly) more seriously, can you change the smilie codes so they are all consistant? The older ones have colons on either end, and the newer ones only have one at the start.

Since I'm having to nitpick so much, this shows how great the site is

When adding an URL, the web site title isn't shown, I'd to add it manually (using Mozilla/ppc)

I just noticed that on the page where all the different forums are listed, about 2 inches below the amount of members the site has,

The time now is 7-Sep-2003
You last visited: 7-Sep-2003 3:44:48

It doesen't actually TELL you the time, but claims it does. Just the date is listed.

AmigaOne! "Does anyone really know what time it is?" - sung by ????????

Oh yeah and another thing. (Sorry DaveyD)

The "Who's Online" thing, is not really a true indicator of who is on and who isn't. Sometimes like when my brother has looged off and then I have gone on, it could take up to 10 mins for it to be refreshed.

But it's probably nothing, so you don't really need to worry about it.

Problem is, the windows or linux that are running this, aren't real time OSs.

A1!

edit -
Hey, staticman, good to read you!!
Slipped this in here, this thread shoudn't be flooded with chit-chat, just bugs. Had to comment because he said bon voyage, but poped in anyhow.

Not the "forums" button but one which takes you straight back to the home page

Also, when posting on forum threads that have several pages, once your post is submitted, you are not always taken to your post, but to the first page of the thread.

I've noticed other problems with firebird - the URL and QUOTE functions don't work properly - I just get empty tags.

--Edit

Just noticed this is the same as m3x's post

There's a very good reason that some similie codes have one colon on the left and others have a colon at each end, for example : flame : the colon on the right is to prevent it matching flame in the smilie code for flamewar which is : flamewar
