| How do I exit TILT mode once activated? Not really much of a Pinball player so I may be missing something obvious. I have the same issue with the CD32 version (CD) & the ECS (WHDLoad) version using real hardware (CD32 & A2000). Mostly interested in the CD32 version, but even knowing how on the ECS version would be good. _________________ A1200+Mediator+Voodoo3+040+130mbRAM+0S3.9 A2000+Supra28mhz+9mbRAM+OS3.2.2, CD32 & WinUAE |

I’m not familiar with prelude, but if “tilt mode” is when you are punished for overly having used tilting, then probably there isn’t any way to exit other than waiting or restarting. Same as with a real pinball machine.

Thanks for pointing that out - your wikipedia link states “When the mechanism is triggered, the machine "tilts", ending play for the current ball and usually loses any bonuses earned.”
The weird thing about Pinball Prelude is that in the instructions it tells you how to TILT & if you do sure enough you can't move the flippers till the current ball is lost! There is no NUDGE feature like in Pinball Illusions (move table & can still use flippers). Having said all that I wouldn't actually bother nudging a real Pinball table (if I ever played), it's basically cheating IMHO so no great loss for me.
I find Pinball Prelude (CD32 version) much more fun to play despite this little quirk compared to Illusions (which is more realistic), so wouldn't want to put anyone off giving it a try. _________________ A1200+Mediator+Voodoo3+040+130mbRAM+0S3.9 A2000+Supra28mhz+9mbRAM+OS3.2.2, CD32 & WinUAE |
