Well new funding insures he can keep his salary coming in. It was showtime and he definitely had his game face on. You have to give him credit for that I suppose.

Not very surprising to hear. They've similarly left the ADI website broken for applying for positions for probably over a year now. Maybe they really don't want developers?

From this, I see Amiga, Inc. at a trade show with a real product to sell

You see that from a grainy video showing a single open window on a laptop running Fedora?

but a viable revenue stream has to start somewhere.

Typically they have done so by attracting investment. They've done that before and we still don't have product. We've heard this song before and nothing came of it. Based on track record there is little reason to think it will be any different this time around. But I'll cross my fingers for them. It would be nice if something came of this, but trusting him I think is just foolish.

I like that Amiga, Inc. have a product out, and that it's getting coverage. For too long everything has been behind the scenes, so we've seen too little of it.

More coverage is good to be sure. Either we get to see something real or if its BS there is more of a chance for it to be exposed as such over time. But I didn't see evidence of an actual product there in that video. Maybe there was more to see there in person though.

@fairlanefastback

It's a new year. Maybe we should wait and see if AI will do more than this first baby step.

@Quixote

So just trying to sell a Java clone, there is nothing to look at in the video, no presentation of the so called operating system, all I se is tiny VM that looks like Java.

I have a funny feeling that 'Fran Dramis' is an anagram of something.

You are either joking or utterly out of your mind - and anyway he is only a member of the 'Advisory Board' - that could mean anything. It could mean that Bill asked him down the pub and he said 'yeah okay - what's that then?'

First of all, i think Bill McEwen looked pathetic on this video, to not mention ### and ####...

Helge a bit of advice, edit the insult part out before someone hits the report button. Bill has a membership id here and the mods (not to speak for them) I doubt will allow this. Again just advice.

So far I've seen two people who downloaded the new AA2 SDK. I'm curious about it so would one of the two like to give us a review or was I just suckered in by undetected sarcasm?

Good advice.

Forgive me all. Sometime i think that maybe the community should give him a change again. And if the parties in trial stop fighting?Maybe they could find a better agreement.

IMHO
Ainc need the fighting to kill OS4 so they can focus on AA2.
When they win there wont be OS4 for anything but classic.

I think looking at the comments for that article says it all,
15 comments, 13 of them arguing over what video format should have been used, only 2 about AmigaAnywhere.
