Probably the system can't process new requests fast enough.

OMG... Site was down...

In the meanwhile there are 13:21 and no any signs of life in a-eon.com

Nor in page 6.html neither in homepage...

For me too! But good ole AmigaWorld is back up now!

The site is creaking a bit though - release it now so that AWorld doesn't die under the strain!

We might need to start a new thread soon, IIRC when the pancakes and other such threads got so big, they played havoc with server performance ;)

What was that other HUGE thread before pancakes that ended up being moved to like 3 threads?

@Raffaele

I think they mean that the A1000 was released in Summer 1985 (July 24th) and cost 1295 USD.

The X1000 will be less expensive and out before the Summer..... !!!

I think that more of us (included me) should donate some money to make Amigaworld.net in order to make it hosted on a server of its own... :D

and os4 port status ? does it boot already?
if os4 doesn't yet bot on this, how about linux? can we get some info or numbers?

@ddni

There's a part 3 of this thread series.
http://amigaworld.net/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?mode=viewtopic&topic_id=30395&forum=2&start=0&viewmode=flat&order=0

Also, people might be busy reading information on the A-Eon website, etc.
