Q1) Natami Q2) X1000 Q3) X1000
Natami mainly attracts some diehard purist 68k Amiga fans.
x1000 attracts those Amigans that love to play with AOS4 and do some real computing on it. _________________ - KimmoK // For freedom, for honor, for AMIGA // // Thing that I should find more time for: CC64 - 64bit Community Computer? |

I can confirm that the NDA is not between Hyperion and A-EON but incorporated into the CPU supply agreement.
Please make sure you don't set yourself up to be on the same level as famous posters like Tigger who posted countless predictions about the outcome of the trial between Amiga Inc. and Hyperion and was proven entirely wrong. So wrong in fact that he has dropped off the face of the planet ;)

Whom do you represent, when you post here?
(Which, of course, goes together with "who the hell are you?")

True, not too many people thought you two would come to an agreement and drop the law suits against each other so there was no court decision on who was right and who was wrong.

Wrong, he dropped off the face of the Earth when his AROS port to EFIKA project came do.

| I am under the impression that we now know a couple of new things, but since it is not the full picture, that is enough for naysayers to come out and start the usual circus...

In view of the fact that nearly all IP related lawsuits (between 95 tot 99.9%) are settled out of court in the country you live in, this should not have come as a surprise to you.
The fact that the trial judge had ruled that Amiga Inc. was not likely to prevail on the merits should have been another clue. _________________

Circus for sure! This thread is full of some very intelligent members answering to some very rude, selfish, and ill mannered members._________________ Moxee AmigaOne X1000 AmigaOne XE G4 I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong. |

Ah yes, Amiga Inc was *clearly* in the winning position, which was why they took an out-of-course settlement that appears heavily in Hyperion's favour, and then dropped off the face of internet entirely... (saracasm off)

This agreement wouldn't happen to be with a guy named Vinny that takes orders for and supplies the stuff out of the trunk/boot of a black limo?
