Yup that's the one, not much better than Mel (Langford).

I always thought she seemed a bit of a brat.

@Franko

It looks like I DMS'd the disc without the file on all those years ago!
I will have to have a look on my old HD but It's probably lost now forever.

Oh, downloaded and installed your Welsh calendar. I have it in the top corner of my Windows 7 display with teh transparency set. One problem, the font used it too large and dates with 2 digits can't display correctly. Is there a way to change the font used?

You have upped your windows font size which is causing it.
I'll see If i can fix it

@Darrin

Have you tried renaming the file "DrWho" on disk1 to "DrWho.2"?

Maybe the file just got the wrong name put on it.

Erm... suggest you read this post...

Post No 38 (Disk Listings)...

There is no other file on either of disks that can be renamed to join up with the file called "DrWho.1" from disk 2...

The "DrWho" file on disk1 is a script not code and none of the other files contained on either disk are part of a split executable...

Believe me if it was there I would have found it and had it up and running by now but sadly the file "DrWho.2" is missing and is not wrongly named as any of the other files on either disk...

Here's hoping they got Bonnie Langford too...

When she spoke in her high pitched squeaky voice K9 always came running as he thought it was a dog whistle...

It's missing off the disc :(
Unless I have another copy somewhere, it's lost.

For an Amiga disk that would need to be a "retro Dalek"...

@TrebleSix

Yup... sorry to say but it simply isn't there...

I tried running both disks through DislSalv to see if it could find and recover anything but with no luck...

And I've even went through every individual sector with DPU to see if I could find something to rescue but alas there was nothing to be found (not even a trace of a file called DrWho.2)...

So it would appear that for some reason the file was never put onto the DMS disk images or DMS itself failed to include it (DMS always was a bit flaky & dodgy)...

Just need to hope Toaks can find it somewhere amongst his collection, shame as I was looking forward to seeing it...

Ace was the best Doctor's assistant in my opinion - Sophie Aldred yum! In fact the most entertaining Doctor was her one, played by Sylvester McCoy.

Good fun!

Thanks. Yes that was a short 30 seconds.

Well I was a younger teenager at the time so I guess my tastes have changed. She looked so big back then.

I like a bigger girl now.

Sylveste(r) McCoy (the 7th) doctor was funny but not as funny as Tom Baker and his famous "fancy a jelly baby" line then he would offer a bag of liquorice allsorts (BBC prop dept at its best)...

But the Sylvester McCoy era had the best theme tune of them all...

DR Who Theme Tune - 7th Doctor...

Nah, Sylvester McCoy is Scottish so he's probably related to James Doohan the Canadian actor who played Scotty in Star Trek...
