I've been making jokes about this for years, but now the man himself actually calls his product "AMIGA one"... Also note the screenshot of the X5000 boot screen - what's next? Still printing the latter half of the name ("one"), but in black ink on a black background?

Names aside; isnt providing new hardware (whatever you might think of the choice of CPU and performance) and software actually a good thing?

It might be too expensive etc for my personal point of view VS the performance it gives, but that doesnt stop me from appriciating their/his service of giving hobbists (or whatever you want to call "amigans" of all flavours) options.

The alternative would probarly be sticking with much lower performing PPC alternatives (or classic Amiga line); ofcourse at more sane price ranges, ill give you that.

Come on we all know it's so the One can eventually be dropped. Obviously since no one is defending the trademark it will be hard to sue over it.

Amiwest has always tried to be a neutal amiga show & as always, welcomes all who care to show from any camp.
