| My MicroA1 system has only 256 MB of RAM total. I had to get rid of my background photo and quit AmiDock to free up enough RAM to use Timberwolf Beta 4 with bookmarks. Otherwise there is not enough RAM for saving bookmarks.
This should not be an issue for people with more RAM.
My only complaint is a problem with the vertical scroll bar. When I release the left mouse button it keeps scrolling like I am still holding the button down. I have to click somewhere else on the screen to release the scroll bar. This has already been reported on os4depot.
Caps Lock does not work when I am typing comments at amigans and amigaworld. I have to hold down the Shift key to get Caps. For me, this is a minor niggle, just unexpected, not a show stopper.
I like cut and paste (using Edit menu). I can cut from NotePad and paste to Timberwolf or cut and paste using Timberwolf.
Thanks. redfox MicroA1 with 750 GX CPU and 256 MB RAM AmigaOS 4.1 Update 4

Quick question. Is this related to the TW(FF) auto scroll feature which is activated/deactivated by clicking the mouse scroll wheel?

I assume you mean the scrolling feature that shows up near the pointer if I hold down the mouse wheel and move the mouse up or down. Very nice. Much faster than using the arrow keys.
Thanks for the tip. I was not aware of this feature.
I was scrolling by clicking the slider on the vertical scroll bar with the left mouse button. When I release the mouse button, the slider still moves up and down as I move the mouse.
Clicking down the mouse wheel and moving the mouse works much better for scrolling up and down the page.

You are welcome.
As for the delayed scrolling, I don't see that on my A1-X1000. I wonder it if is to do with the speed of the CPU and graphics card?

Cool, I like this middle mouse wheel scroll feature!
My experience with Timberwolf B4 has been mixed so far. Of course, I read the instructions and did everything required. But, any time I try to save a bookmark, I begin to get program errors and ISI's after a very short time (a minute or two). When i stay away from saving any bookmarks, it seems pretty stable. I have 512M of RAM on my uA1. Yes, I added the Random device to start up. Yes, I deleted the fonts file as specified in the directions. Any other tricks I need to know about?
