Good news. Thanks for the update! Which is the latest commercial version of the Radeon HD drivers - 1.0, 1.2, 2.4? It is a bit confusing :)

1.0 freely upgrading to 1.2 via Amistore when it will be up.
But if I've well understood the lite version in bundle with 460cr is not comparable with commercial versions.
I suggest you to directly buy the Radiance package when available, containing the latest version of RadeonHD driver 2.4, accelerated for video playback, and a set of programs compatible with this new driver.
