btw, using serial No given when originally ordered as 'voucher' in pop up screen doesn't work

Seems to be an api error.
I think we should switch to 2.0 and fix remaining error if any on the new branch.
I will talk to the others.

You could try if adding the voucher in indieGO appstore is possible.

ah dammit stupid CF card went bad as my main bootable drive and now have to get that going again with a REAL HD this time so won't be able to try logging in till then

ok HD issue now sorted & A4000 back up n running!..so tried to ender code as voucher and still no access to AmiCloud on my A4000

I am not sure yet if the amicloud client for os3 is broken or the server.
The server log doesn’t seems ok.
Could be an client problem.

To help us to resolve the problem here is a brief guide to enable the debug mode to produce a log where we can gather more informations.

Enter the folder "appdata" (in the application folder)

Open the file "debug_amicloud.txt" with a text editor
This file is used to configure the debug output, do the following :
- Edit the line with "[SBL]debug = 0" to "[SBL]debug = 1", this will enable the debug output
- Edit the line with "[SBL]ansi = 1" to "[SBL]ansi = 0", we don't need ANSI on plain text files
- Check that "[SBL]channel_amicloud = 1" is correct
- Check that "[SBL]channel_server = 1" is correct

Save and close the edited file

Open the file "debug_acm.txt" and do the same modifications explained at point 2

Save and close the edited file


Now you can run AmiCloud and try to reproduce the error, when you have done close AmiCloud. In the AmiCloud root folder (or in the appdata folder, depending on the version) you should find some additional txt files, please pack them and send them to Pascal or to me using info[A T]a-mc.biz email address.


To disable the debug output just open again the "debug_amicloud.txt" and "debug_acm.txt" and change back "[SBL]debug = 1" to "[SBL]debug = 0".

instead of 5.5GB you will find now 10% more storage = 6,05GB for Basic accounts.
PRO accounts stay at 27.5GB storage.

AmiCloud is available for 5€ + VAT / OS Version .
This means you buy it once for a Operating system of choice and than you are free to install it on as many Computers you like (with the same OS).
If you like to sync between AmigaOS and Windows you need to buy the client for AmigaOS and Windows... and so on.
There is no monthly fee for the basic account.

I installed it yesterday on my Amiga600/Vampire2/Workbench 3.1 and X5000/Os4.1. It works very well and i can sync between both Amigas.Now waiting for AmiCloud 2
