I failed to check for later euipo filings according to my quick check here of my postings.
Another filing was made months later, which I now include:

Looking at:
Cloanto euipo filing for Workbench
and
Hyperion euipo filing for Workbench

We know from surveillance letters, objections filed, and "Communication of the date of commencement of proceedings to the opposing party" that both of these parties above were involved.

However, both filings now show a new surveillancce letter dated January 3, 2018.
Since they are obviously both aware of each other (Cloanto and Hyperion) this must apply to a new party as yet unmentioned.
Common sense might indicate that Itec LLC, who recently renewed the Amiga euipo trademark might be this new party.
Opposing opinions are always welcome.

There is now more legal paperwork being thrown around in Europe than I can possibly keep track of atm.
This all follows, for point of reference, the Itec LLC renewal of the Amiga trademark in Europe, new surveillance letters, and the Amiga filing in the U.S. by the buyer of the Commodore USA remains.

You can refer to all the filing links in this thread for trademarks (euipo) from Cloanto, Hyperion, Daffy Duck and whomever else has Amiga ownership aspirations. heh.

In the case of the last 3 mentioned trademarks, they all read now as "registered" by Hyperion.

I wasn't aware that Cloanto had ever used the AmigaOS or Amiga OS trademarks.
