The CD jewel case tray inlay is now done, too.

Just a quick note to let you know that I've started posting the pages from the manual so that you can learn the game details even before it hits the shelves. Every day I'll post a new page on the Facebook, Twitter, Patreon, and itch.io pages of RETREAM - if you're curious, just head over there (they're all publicly accessible, even without account)

Here's a massive gameplay video that will let you see what you have read in the manual - and it shouldn't be too long until you can also experience it ;)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DLLtD4nr5ck

Don't think the game is crazy: you haven't played it yet to fully appreciate its madness ;)

Thank you! I really need this to succeed also business-wise as it's more than 2.5 years I'm unemployed...

Glad to hear you're going to get a copy However, the copies will be available from RGCD, so just make sure to order it as soon as the game appears in their shop (a proper announcement will be made here and on the Facebook page and Twitter channel of RETREAM).

@klx300r

And I can't wait for you to have it in your hands

@all

Some details about the physical package. RGCD offers two very generous options:
* basic edition: jewel-cased glass-mastered CD with 16 pages booklet, 2 floppy labels, RETREAM postcard;
* deluxe edition: clamshell box containing the basic edition plus 2 floppies, 4 badges pack, A3 poster (optionally rolled in a separate container), RGCD postcard, RGCD vinyl sticker.

Pictures and prices will be made public when the packages are ready.

While the CDs are being produced, some materials have already reached the RGCD headquarters...

Yesterday RGCD received the CDs, so now all that's missing to complete the deluxe package is the floppies - and that's already being taken care of ;)

The physical editions (base and deluxe - check out the previous posts regarding the details) will be sold by RGCD; the digital edition will be available from my (RETREAM's) page on itch.io. Release date and prices TBA (it shouldn't take long, though).

144 colors, 124 of which change dynamically according to the context.

It looks like you added a post while I was answering the other two...

Now, let's not exaggerate
But for sure it's one of the most original ever (and not just for the Amiga)

From your signature I see you have other AGA machines, too: they'll be able to play the game just the same (it will look and feel 100% identical).

@newlight

I guess if you like Xenon 2, Super Stardust, Banshee, Resogun and T-Zero type games then this will be right up your street.

I'm making something new for AGA already - check out the Dot-matrix engine for AGA.
No, I won't make OCS/ECS stuff.

Actually SkillGrid is totally different from the (great) games you mentioned, so it's isn't a given that who likes shooter will like SkillGrid, or that who doesn't like shooters won't like SkillGrid.
BTW, what's Resogun?
