if that ever happen, then everything amiga is dead.. give amiga inc enough pressure and problems and they sign every deal's there is..thats what happend back in the day.. cloanto was clever and very evil..and was first. original deal was only trademark "workbench" .that they threaten amiga inc to get with lawsuit . now it suddenly means they have right to every amiga ip..

it's exactly that.. amiga inc was broke back then and couldn't fight.. had to bend over for cloanto when they sued them..

how much pressure was needed or not is pure speculation. Amiga Inc. was one attorney as far as I remember. You why ever hate Cloanto and now speculate what evil things they have done and will do.

What would be if they have no intention to destroy your OS 4?

Trevor D. has now officially confirmed that Ben H. illegally took money from A-eon to finance expenses at Hyperion. Hardly what I would call honest behavior.

Your company's has been profiteering from having dead platform, where just selling free emulator with some your extra hot sauce on top, bundled with software developers have abandoned. You sold of your one and only real product to AEON the paint package Personal Paint, I guess you did not see it as part of your core business.

As your hopefully taking on new roles, it be interesting to know:

* How many developers have you haired the last months?
* Are developers finally going to earn money and quit there day job, to improve Amiga OS and port development tools, and game engines?
* Will we finally have new web browsers that do not crash?
* How many open source project have you funded and helped to be completed?
* What plans do you have regarding getting independent game developers interested in AmigaOS? any planes to resurrect DE/AA/AA2, any plans for JavaVM?
* What role do you see your company having in market place filled with different interests, like classic hardware, clones like AROS/MorhOS, web operating system like Ambient, and AmigaOS3.x for mc680x0 and AmigaOS4.x for PowerPC machines? How are you going to help the community and company's bridge the gaps? Or do you see them as competitors and damaging to your emulation business?

How will trademarks be handled?

Option a) free for all anyone brand there banana orange, coca cola, shirt, car whatever.

Option b) you get it if you pay a license to use, anything can be branded Amiga / AmigaOS. (your old Amstrad and AtariST and your PC and Mac.)

Option c) you get if you pay a license to use, but you only stuff that can be considered to have something do with Amiga will be allowed.

Option d) it be free, but there will be committee of some kind representing the community, that will decide what can be called Amiga, AmigaOS and so on (it be up for a vote).

ClusterUK's back went out the day he was to fly out to Italy. Was laid out for a few days and has been able to sit up the last few and get some work done on his Kickstarter and replan his trip. From the latest KS update

Expanding on what Argo said, Stephen had an accident in the shower getting ready for the flight to Italy. Slipped disc in the back.

He posted on the FB page over the weekend that the interview is now rescheduled for the end of April, the flight is re-booked.
