@Thread

Normal service has resumed though obviously it's sad to hear AmigaDave's comments.

The REAL RJ Mical has given another amazingly candid interview with the Retro Hour team and the podcast is available by clicking the link below:

https://theretrohour.com/rj-mical-amiga-lynx-3do-history-ep224/

... it really reminds us what an amazingly positive group of people the original Amiga Corporation team were. Raise a glass to RJ and the remaining Amiga developers.

Very true!

I had the plessure to interview RJ Mical for Amiga Future years ago (although only via Email). A really nice guy with interesting insights to share.

@BigD

Great interview! Thanks for the link.

For the impatient and/or busy: the interview itself starts at 18:00.

@coldacid:
Ok, did some research: Regarding the original Amiga-developer-team I did interviews with Dave Haynie, Carl Sassenrath and Dale Luck, but not with RJ Mical (although I was in contact with him, he was definitive on my interview-list). The interviews where published in AF 85, 88 and 89.

To my defence: It was a couple of years ago (25 anniversary of Amiga!) and I am getting old...

Thanks. Looks like I have some PDFs to buy!

Shame that there's no published interview with RJ. From what I've seen and heard he's a pretty fun guy, and I'd expect an interview with him would be really enjoyable.

@MEGA_RJ_MICAL

Assinine posts such as this is why you should be banned. I would ban you myself if I were a mod.
How about posting something USEFUL for a change and maybe you might get treated differently

As it is your posts are worth less than zero and are simply annoying

@outlawal2:
Please ignore him! He had way too much attention anyway.

Before he posted here that he will not continue to post here and apologised "To everyone who found this character
unbearable and offensive and lost their hats in shock: god almighty, you never enjoyed, say, drinking one too many
and going crazy?"

Now he is back a few days later with TWO accounts again. Can't respect such a person and will continue to ignore him.

@AP

Sounds like MEGA has a serious boozing problem. Perhaps he can start going to AA instead of discussing AGA. Maybe hes been drinking a little too much of gram paws cough syrup.

Despite all, he is still not banned.

Definitely not a site to talk about Amiga.

@DiscreetFX

I'm not really sold on the Franko theory. Franko would have a lot more in his posts, along with a certain northern colloquial humour.
