Windbond successfully obtained some of Mai Logic's designs such as the IBM Power PC 750 design

Mai Logic's attempt to own IBM Power PC 750 design IP is flawed.

China demonstrated an F-35 clone in 2014 with identical dimensions, shape and size to the F-35,

The J-31 was publicly unveiled on November 12, 2014. During the airshow, the J-31/FC-31 revealed aerodynamic inefficiencies during flight maneuvers. The aircraft bled a lot of energy and the pilot had a hard time keeping the nose up during turns and other maneuvers. The afterburners also had to be engaged often to maintain a proper energy utilization curve. Flights were done when the jet was "clean," so results would be worse when fitted with a combat loadout.

J-31 doesn't have F-35A's leading edge vortex lift devices and "area ruling" design.

J-31 has two MiG-29 class engines instead of F-35A's large single engine design. F-35A's single-engine enables a better "area ruling" feature for a stealth fighter.

F-35A has two sunken indentions (surface depression) for the expected "area ruling".

J-31 doesn't have an identical shape as F-35A Block 2B/3i/3F since I'm already noticing missing critical design items from it.

@Hammer

J-31 looks a lot like the F-22, maybe more so.

@Hammer

Jason’s story seems nothing more than bogus to me. :)
I think he come up with a fictional spy story to hide his tax evading.

In 2018, the Court made following comments about their story (see link [R2] at the top of the thread).

“Moreover, the Court is not persuaded by conspiracy theories of the type that Maiko Asada levied against the IRS in petitioners’ attachments to their reply brief. See Dkt. No. 18-1 at 79-86. In the end, petitioners are requesting process that they are not entitled to. The IRS is investigating them; there is no evidence it is prosecuting them in bad faith. “

Unlike J-31, F-22A has F-15C-like low wing loading.

F-22A still has expected "area rule" depression, clip delta wing, and other vortex lift generation devices. F-22A's horizontal tail's shape was modeled after YF-23's vertical canted tail.

F-22A's lesser gap between wing to horizontal tail design is closer to F-35C.

F-35C has F-15E-like low wing loading. F-35C's horizontal tail and non-clipped main wing follow YF-22's design.

YF-22 is different from F-22A.

There are differences with vortex lift generation. Small detail matters.

The external view doesn't show the CG placement and this issue can influence the overall performance e.g. F-35A's CG shifts during high AoA helps with sustained high AoA.

For Rafale, CG change can degrade G load performance.

@number6

Huawei sure does make the news from time to time!
About two years ago, there was a concern raised about the use of Huawei product in the US power Grid.
Here is a wiki entry that summarizes the criticisms about Huawei.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criticism_of_Huawei

I guess Jason wanted to take advantage of this Huawei stuff to hide their tax problem. After losing the court case with the IRS, they (Maiko Asada) posted below at White House’s “ WE THE PEOPLE”. Why Huawei have to steal the Articia chip technology. LOL

Quote:
Stop the Internal Revenue Service from stealing U.S. citizens’ information and selling it to China.

The IRS has been working with the FBI to steal American citizens’ information and selling it to China. During the auditing, the IRS requested us to give them “master spy information” and our sensitive technology information, but it is nothing related to taxes. Our CTO developed the display system for the flight controller for the F35 military aircraft and he was attacked by both Chinese and Taiwanese spies. At that time the most advanced technology for the F35 had been stolen by China. Our CTO had been protected under “the FBI victim assistance program”, but we found the IRS is working with the FBI to sell our information to China through China’s biggest communication company, Huawei. U.S. congress should investigate this critical problem for all of U.S. citizens and politicians.
