Is Odyssey's scroll speed alterable?

For years I have just avoided scrolling because it is about one line per 3 seconds.

Instead, I grab the scroll bar and move it "by hand" via the left mouse button.

However, I have a multiyear html notebook with so many lines that a small scroll bar movement is too large a jump.

The use of the up-down keys is acceptable to me.

@ggw

Is the mouse scrolling slow for you with just odyssey?
If it's slow everywhere you have a wheel multiplier in the input preferences.
For me it feels most natural to leave it at the standard setting and i'm happy with the odyssey scroll speed.

I guess it's about scrolling with those small arrow gadgets on the side border, it's slow on MorphOS too when you click on them.

But I don't see much point even try to scroll with them... why would you want to aim to that small areas with your mouse, when you can scroll with the mouse wheel, by pressing the middle button, with arrow keys or space bar, clicking above&below the scroll bar, etc. There are so many easier ways... it wouldn't even cross in my mind nowadays to try to scroll with those tiny gadgets.
