hmm.. everything works fine until i exit from mplyer Gui.(1.41)
then system is totally Freezed.
theres no errors, only totally freeze..

Are you using an old version of MPlayer-GUI? One of the older versions had a bug that caused trouble on exit. Check on OS4depot to make sure you've got the latest one.

I find that the audio gets out of sync very quickly, so the new player is unusable on my 7455 XE @800 MHz.
Also I find that after playing a movie, if I exit the program then try to run it again to play another, I get an ISI immediately I click "Play".

playing which kind of files?
for the ISI problem could be a GUI problem. have you tried to play mplayer by command line?
which version (both mplayer and gui) are you using?

about that audio sync.. if i watch divx/avi video in fullscreen i only get
about 12fps. so i have to look every video on window.
is there any speed increase possibility?
A1-XE G4 933Mhz ATi 64mb

Audio gets out of sync with AVI and VOB (from a DVD).
ISI might only be with AVI or GUI, I'll check. I just crashed it on exit (hit ESC to stop play and it hung, no crash log or GR), so I have to reboot to check.

It's only if I play from the GUI:
Open GUI;
Select movie and play (VOF or AVI);
ESC to stop;
"Quit"
Open GUI again (movie is still selected in gadget);
Click Play - ISI crash.
I tried command "MPlayer and it ran (with bad audio sync);
ESC to stop;
command again - restarted without crashing.
