You can put the entire Beatles Catalog up for download on your computer at home, but in a court of law thats not going to be a very good defense (I CAN DO IT) when they Apple Music's lawyers find you sitting in your parents basement.
It won't? I'm f**ked then... Last edited by SpaceDruid on 24-Oct-2007 at 02:44 PM.

Maybe is it a language barrier :
for Tigger, "can't" would mean "don't have the right to",
an for you "can't" would only mean "not able to".
Feel free to correct me.

It indeed seems to be a language issue. Maybe Tigger better had it worded your way: "Even in Europe you don't have the right to..."
Why don't people write what they mean?_________________ Ciao

... The problem with his response in my book is by his very answer he is proving my point.

I wouldn't call it "proving your point", I'd rather say we both basically meant the same, but described it differently.

As I neither am an lawyer nor an US citizen, all I can say to that is that this remains to be seen (in the sense of an old saying: "At court and on sea you are in the hands of god")..._________________ Ciao
