They seem to have the material to remove these G3 and G4 processors and resolder the stuff.

I sent them an E-Mail asking if they would consider removing and resoldering the 604e on a CyberstormPPC. I heard from Jean Jacques Boulet that on both the Phase 5 and DCE versions the soldering is bad. Most 604e aren't even dead but because of the bad soldering they don't function anymore.

So I would like to have the chip removed and resoldered on one of my CyberstormPPC since it now runs as a mk 3. I don't think they will be able to get pin compatible replacement CPU's.
