@TheDaddy

Well it's a giveaway.... As the Amiga started life as a true multimedia-computer this case can only be a revival of the CDTV-concept, bundled with an integrated high-quality amplifier, aimed to be a complete (full - clue 1) multimedia replacement.

As Apple does just about anything to claim everything starting with an 'i', my guess is this box will get a name starting with an X (clue 2) and to make it a successor of the A4000 it get's an A and a 5 in it's name as well (clues 3 and 4).

Oh and it can house some 2-ish PCI cards and probably a Minimig AND a SAM together.

Ah well... I just don't have a clue

Both 2 links you provided are blocked by my AVG for trojan intrusion!!!

The links that Arko gave regarding the mini-itx Minimig?

Yes sadly someone has infected the page with some Windows trojans .....

But just to repast it again, a Mini ITX case seems quite useless for Minimig, cause there is no one building the ITX Minimig ...

And a custom case for Natami or Sam440 ,,,, why ? Tanks god you can get cases with standard form factor everywhere.

My latest case doesn't support the Minimig as I have already designed and made one for it:

True...but not a custom case...

Look, a big clue is in the A

@TheDaddy

Definitely has a keyboard... perhaps a keyboard with 'A' keys instead of [+] keys. ie a new 'Amiga' custom keyboard (although I'm betting it's really just superficially 'Amiga')

Custom keybaord would be great... especially if it can be plugged into the X1000, should it not come with a custom keyboard.

Seems stuff gets interesting... Custom keyboard?

Edit: The weirdest thing on the page is probably the "5". I cannot connect that to anything. The drive bay is obvious, as is that round glow thingy, which may be a kind of power on/off button.

An A500 type case (X500?) with Amiga keyboard, CD/DVD slot, speakers and a trick to insert PCI cards (riser, cable...?)

Not exactly like that no...remember I am making these one by one by hand...

Hand crafted stuff!

The Zero footprint PC looks nice but mine should have a bit more space for expansion...

@TheDaddy

Have you just basically confirmed that you are doing a Wedge-style case?

That's big news...

Can't wait to see the final design...

Will there be different colors, like you did with the MiniMig case?

Wow, just wow....

My idea of it.....it's a tribute to the A500, my very first Amiga.

Initially black as at the moment this is the only colour I can put my hands on.

>>Wow, just wow....

Thanks, but please consider that this is a one-man-project so don't expect Apple design stuff
