Just got my copy of Amiga Future today and on the last page their an interesting advert by Acube, it a pic of book with Top Secret written on it and a Page hanging out with just 500 on it and small pic of boingball demo with September 19th 2011 written any one know more?

Anything you describe not worth to be "TOP SECRET", because not important so much to be classificied as "TOP SECRET", except only one: Laptop.

We really need any kind of laptop, be it old mac ones, or new from acube, not so matter in general. But i fear we get our hopes to high when wait laptop from simple image :)

Dunno .. But after a bit more speculation with myself, i found pretty logical to release sam500 after sam460. Maybe it will be the same sam460, just with some fixes and stuff. I just see that boing ball jump on somekind of monitor, so, nothing which directly on inderectly point on laptop.

I also bought laptop - Dell Inspiron, with part of the money saved from the AmigaOne X1000 purchase. But it's not an Amiga for me, whatever OS I put on it.

Your point exactly being?

I really hope SAM based laptop is coming. Then I will get my Amiga laptop with me, when I need to travel, which happens a lot lately.

An amiga Laptop/Netbook would be way too cool.

My guess is its more than likly a small price drop for Sam systems

Announcement of a Sam500 ... maybe a Sam460 with a Chip that has a 40 at the end ...

But I could see the Boingball demo there, maybe they finally made a new version of their Minimig board.
