| Very Good blog again. The A600 was a bit tuned up. My qousin would not sell it to me years ago.
"The worst Amiga:) "
Can not and will not participate in any other hobbies sadly as the small AmigaGirls take care of any free time.

Lovely read as usual
How speedy/responsive did AmiKit feel vs OS 3.9+BoingBags? Any penalties performancewise? |

it includes fancy features like the menues but all come with a price so I assume that it is slower
BTW it seems that more and more NG users are returning "back to the roots", better and affordable 68k hardware will certainly accellerate this trend Last edited by OlafS25 on 21-Mar-2016 at 10:13 AM.

| Hi All,
This weekend I have done a blog post looking at the multiple CDTV upgrades I have done over the weekend, including joystick/mouse support, 8MB memory upgrade, SCSI hard disk support, extended Workbench 3.1 ROMS upgrade, and more!
Link is here:
http://amigax1000.blogspot.com.au/2016/04/multiple-cdtv-upgrades.html
I hope you find this interesting.

Thank you for the X-Dock review
"Initially the dock is empty but right clicking on the empty dock I can quickly add items:" You can too add programs/drawers simply by dropping them on a dock. _________________ http://apps.amistore.net/zTools |

Yes, you can drag and drop too. I should have mentioned that sorry.
One suggestion would be to add the save function to the right click menu rather that the title bar menu as I lost my changes a few times until I realized that!
Yeah, that was my own fault for not reading the X-Dock Wiki in full and fumbling around on my own. I have read it now
One other point - certain icons like octamed soundstudio, deli tracker ii cause x-dock to close suddenly without saving when added to the dock. Probably it is an icon sizing issue - you might want to try some larger unusual size icons to see if it just a few bad apples..
Regards, Epsilon |
