Dear god, what is keeping this mess alive?
Their "company office" is about the same size as my computer room in my house. My "man cave" is over 3 and half times larger. Gives you an idea of how "large" their operations are.
All a reverse split does for them is give the stock more room to fall.
Still no products and it really looks like the NASCAR thing was just a con job to attract gullible investors which failed.
I'm sure people are queuing up to invest in a company that manages to make a loss of $2.2m without actually doing anything.
"Wages and benefits expenses increased 22.7%". Well, we can see where the cash is being siphoned off.
"Legal Fees increased 1218.6% to $38,436". I bet it did.
"Other general and administrative expenses increased to $1,641,013 for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015 from $249,768 for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2014. Those expenses consist primarily of company’s increase in business development, consulting fees and other expenses". I love "consulting fees". A consultant is a great way to make money slide away with little or no explanation.
Lots of debts in default and some poor gits converted their debits into worthless stock. _________________ AmigaOne X1000, A4000(T), A3000, A2000, A1200(T), A1200, A500, CD32, Minimig+ARM, FPGA Arcade, Chameleon64, C-One, C128, C128D, C64C, C64, VIC-20, CBM 8032, CBM4032, Efika, Ultimate64 |

i liked this bit:
Quote:
Revenues decreased to $0 for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015 from $11,000 for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2014, due to a decrease in content delivered to customers, due to delays in software development, as compared to the available produced and acquired content available for distribution for the prior year. |
so they literally sold absolutely nothing. nada. zip. zilch. zero. the square root of jack. all the while increasing 'personnel costs' and 'administrative costs' at the same time. how is this other than a naked transfer of the little money scammed from poor investors who bought pieces of paper to the chief scammers?
when i see things like this, i want to wretch.

If you followed any of my links concerning Kueber, I'm not sure you would have to ask such a question. The company has a "rich" history of scams by virtue of its relationships with certain individuals. It's all well documented.
The prevailing opinion is that Kueber squawked like a parrot (since he was the one quick to make a deal and not all the defendents are in custody).
I really expect this story to grow come January when the trial/s is/are slated to begin.
I feel obliged to repeat that Kueber's history was well documented BEFORE Amiga Inc. choose to go into business with these people. That's a fact.

As of yesterday:
Quote:
WRIT Media Group, Inc. (WRIT: OTC Pink Limited) | Tier Change Sat, Jan 23, 2016 12:00 - WRIT Media Group, Inc. ( WRIT : OTC Pink Limited) - Tier Change - The symbol, WRIT, no longer is classified as OTC Pink Limited. As of Sat, Jan 23, 2016, WRIT resides in the OTC Pink No Information tier. |
Source
Quick google for the definition of this new WRIT classification tier:
Quote:
No Information
Indicates companies that are not able or willing to provide disclosure to the public markets - either to a regulator, an exchange or OTC Markets Group. Companies in this category do not make Current Information available via OTC Markets Group's News Service, or if they do, the available information is older than six months. This category includes defunct companies that have ceased operations as well as 'dark' companies with questionable management and market disclosure practices. Publicly traded companies that are not willing to provide information to investors should be treated with suspicion and their securities should be considered highly risky. |

Wow. Mind you, people have given them that classification for years, only now it is official. I feel sorry for those poor suckers who lost cash "investing" in this scam. _________________ AmigaOne X1000, A4000(T), A3000, A2000, A1200(T), A1200, A500, CD32, Minimig+ARM, FPGA Arcade, Chameleon64, C-One, C128, C128D, C64C, C64, VIC-20, CBM 8032, CBM4032, Efika, Ultimate64 |

Loans in default while they pay wages.
Here's the real scam: Quote:
Other general and administrative expenses. Other general and administrative expenses $227,164 increased by $183,922 and 425% for the three months ended June 30, 2015 as compared to the same period in 2014. Those expenses consist primarily of company’s business development, consulting fees and other expenses incurred in connection with general operations. The increase is mainly related to the consulting fees related to business development. |
This is where you syphon money away quietly: "Expenses", "Consulting", "Business Development", LOL. Newer quarterly report for February:
Source
It's probably easier to search such long pages by checking for activity during 2016. *shrug*
Also found this dated today:
Quote:
Sat, Feb 06, 2016 12:00 - WRIT Media Group, Inc. (WRIT: OTC Pink Current) - Tier Change - The symbol, WRIT, no longer is classified as OTC Pink No Information. As of Sat, Feb 06, 2016, WRIT resides in the OTC Pink Current tier. |
Perhaps done in conjunction with getting caught up on filings. dunno.

I heard Phil Kueber made a deal. So I'm sure he is giving up names.
Michael Sullivan is Phil Kueber's associate.

Michael Sullivan is Phil Kueber's associate. The two of them were involved in a few other tickers together - AMWI and WRIT (probably others as well) |
As the investigation continues to expand, here's a reminder of the connection to Amiga interests I've posted before:
Quote:
for reference Phil Kueber formerly of WRIT, home to Amiga Games Inc. and RetroInfinity. |

After months of silence (thank gawd)...they're back with a brand new honest endeavor, which will no doubt be the turning point for the "company":
WRIT Media Group Launches Bitcoin Alternative, Pelecoin

Another lawsuit filed against the Amiga Games people:
Magna Equities II, LLC v Writ Media Group Inc.
Why does the court document say "Write Media Group"? (page 15) heh.

Case against WRIT still ongoing. See Pacer link above. Also Kueber of WRIT still awaiting sentencing.
An interesting Amiga Games Inc. link:
deregistered business
Some interesting "officers" listed. I can't believe this is current info, but...
Also an interesting link:
Expiration Date 06/30/2017
Anyone who can explain the term "deregistered" in the context of this company please post. Also, is it normal to have a business expiration date? Does it have to be renewed like a domain name?
Thanks.
