| Sorry for lack of replies as I was doing this by email.
I have 43 questions ready for Michael, as you may know I had to postpone interview due to a slipped disk in my back on the morning of the flight, typical.
Anyway, re booked for April 29th.
By the way, the case extras can now be paid via credit card as from today
