X5000 - top usb ports

A quick question about the USB ports,

Do the two usb ports on top of the X5000 (above the optical drive) not work.

It seems nothing is read in them?, and it seemes a bit counter intuitive to pull my X5000out from under the desk to plug a usb drive in to th back of it.

Thanks for that, but from the description, I should already have one.

@Swoop

Try to reboot with the usb stick in the amiga.
Some times i have the same problem a it works with my Sam 460

@Swoop

The front ports works just fine but we can not tell if your tower have them connected so you need to open it and check 😎

USB 2.0 to USB 3.0 Header.

Should be found in pretty much every store but if you can't find local https://www.amazon.co.uk/Delock-Cable-header-female-male/dp/B00EIE1VV6
