Hello.
I was wondering, does the A600 have enough power to run c128 emulator?
Also, are A600's PAL only?

@Trekiej

I don't think the A600 would be fast enough to run this unless it had a Vampire installed. All Amiga 600 models are not PAL, some NTSC units were made as well.

@DiscreetFX

I see that there is a version or Vice that looks like it needs OS 3.0 or 3.1.

@Trekiej

NO!

MagiC64 (C64 emulator) has best compatibility/performance ratio and requires frameskip even on 68030 50 MHz/AGA. VICE is muuuuuuuuuuuuuch slower.

@Trekiej

Friend Trekiej, I swear I thought you were going to ask SIX HUNDRED questions about the Amiga.

I tend to forget that puny model existed at all.

Best Regards,

@MEGA_RJ_MICAL

Oops, sorry. Maybe Amiga A600 should be the title.

I been calling this corona virus situation Charmi-geddon. Due to all the toilet paper being missing from the shelves.

@Trekiej

It shows living under communist regime back in the 80s has its advantage. We had similar shortage back then (some paper mill burned and planned economy was not able to cope with this situation fast enough), so many people are used to hoard toilet paper. Reserve for 2 months is not uncommon. Advice of my elder relatives: use newspapers (best use ever for official party paper ).

@Trekiej

I noticed on the UK version of the A600 keyboard there are blank keys.
Are these keys user definable?

Would that be 597 questions left?

@Trekiej

Is it possible to open a file larger than the amount of memory you have installed?
Would this require opening and then loading some data into a buffer?
