Amiga 4000T delay on boot with big partition

My A4000T has about 10 seconds delay on boot when it starts to read hard drive boot sector. I found that this happens due to big (52GB) third partition. If I disable it in boot menu - there is no delay.

Hardware CS MK2 060 128 MB, using original A4000T SCSI and SCSI2 SD with 64 GB SD card.

Partitions: 2GB, 10 GB and 52 GB.

OS: 3.1.4 with update 1
Kick: 3.1.4
Filesystem: FFS from 3.1.4 update 1
Maxfiletransfer: x1FE00

Disk is not validating...

Maybe somebody has ideas how to solve this issue?

Thank you

Are you sure the delay is not happening before you can enter the boot menu? Did you try to leave the boot menu without disabling the partition?

I'd suppose it waits for a device on the IDE bus.

@thomas

I have IDE terminator.

It delays with 52 GB partition enabled on boot.

If I enter to boot menu it delays on boot or boot without startup-sequence with partition enabled. If I disable that big partition - no delay.

Delay starts when SCSI2SD starts reading from SD (I see blinking light on SCSI2SD PCB).
