CyberstormPPC maximum scsi disk size?

I have found a cache of uw scsi3 drives. Does anyone know the maximum size supported by CStormPPC scsi3 interface?

I have an older MKII with the SCSI add-on. That has no problem with a 250G drive. In your shoes, Id just try it and see.

@Ancalimon The OS Version is more important than the HW. OS 3.1 dont support more than 4GB discs. And only 3.9 or 3.1.4 do deliver full and seemingless use of greater drives.

That's absolutely not true. And there is nothing 3.9 or 3.1.4 can do to extend or reduce the maximum harddrive size on a third-party controller.

All you need to use large drives on the CSPPC is a new file system. SFS or PFS should do as well as the TD64 patch for FFS. FFS from 3.1.4 can be used, too. FFS from 3.9 needs NSDPatch or OS 3.9 installed and requires <4GB boot partition in the beginning of the drive.
