Difficult this. I have A500, OCS, 2 x A600, ECS, A1200 x 2, AGA but one of which I'm building into an Eyetech EZ4 tower with an Elbox LT PCI card and a Radeon 7000. (Not completed yet).
I've chosen AGA as being the most graphically capable - at the moment _________________
