Nope, Exodus is still sold, I buy it from AmigaFuture for 5$ (they sold them in the downloadable form now).
But I know what you mean, i release only patches to the binaries of course (like, anyone cares if there will be a new binary for exodus for those 50 users, except those ones who love those law games, but that amiga, so you still need to play correct, or someone may ask you for another 5$, right ?:) ).
