All my Amigas have the smallest rating I can buy. Since I don't run water-cooled graphics cards, the motherboard needs less then 100W and the PSU is mainly supplying PCI and PCI-e cards. SSDs take very little power.

Most of my PSUs are 450W - that's the smallest I can buy these days.

Don't get one of the really cheap ones: they don't last as well as a more expensive model. Over the years, I have had two PSU failures that have actually blown up the motherboard.
