I used WinUAE 5.1 64-bit with the following settings,
1. JIT applied for FPU, Host 64-bit.
2. JIT 68040, CPU fastest possible, Constant Jump, No Flags, Direct, Catch unexpected exceptions.
3. Z3 fast memory 1 GB RAM.
4. Caffeine ROM.
5. UAE RTG Zorro 3 with 64 MB VRAM, Multithreaded.
6. AmiQuake install is from Coffin R60 distro.
RAM: Team T-Force Delta 32 GB kit (2x16GB) DDR4 3200 XMP, CL16-18-18-38. Last edited by Hammer on 18-Jan-2024 at 02:03 PM.

Pretty much it, - Caffeine. I have my own distro based on a WB3.1 + utilities from aminet
I tried Caffeine I got 131 FPS on Quake68k.
On my previous setup I now got 123fps in AmiQuake On my previous setup I now got 135fps in AWinQuake
I got 20%cpu idle on WinUAE

Using WinUAE 5.1 64-bit and Coffeine R927's Quake68K (Amiga Quake 2.3) Demo 1 port by Frank Wille, Steffen Haeuser, and Jarmo Laakkonen. Exe: 15;34:00 Oct 02 2005
On Ryzen 9 7900X 640x480 = 270.1 fps
On Ryzen 7 5800X, 640x480 = 207 fps
For Emu68, "Amiga Quake 2.3" port is slower than Clickboom's Quake port.
For WinUAE 5.1's UAE RTG, Amiga Quake 2.3 seems to run better when compared to other Quake ports. Last edited by Hammer on 18-Jan-2024 at 10:51 PM. Last edited by Hammer on 18-Jan-2024 at 03:13 PM. Last edited by Hammer on 18-Jan-2024 at 03:11 PM. Last edited by Hammer on 18-Jan-2024 at 03:10 PM.
