Yes I notice that video,
I mean it not a terrible product for retro fans who dont know how to mod hardware and make custom linux gui effects setups. Its a bit of fun really. I soften to the idea of other hardware in Amiga / C64 stly case only because i understand the reality were in as a size of the Community and the huge cost custom hardware takes.
It was more how CommodoreUSA approached the community I felt was just silly. Basically spammed the community, stealing images and other people work for their "OS" and made some very silly claims.

Honestly C=USA was the first company willing to put a substantial amount of development money into AROS. However gatekeeping by the AOS4 crowd and BH caused Barry to back away. I find it ironic that the community gathers around AOS 3.2 with its shaky legal standing but demonized another company because it risked hurting teh realz.
